Circle of Strength provides a variety of home and community-based supports and services to individuals with developmental disabilities. To assist them in realizing full community participation with their dreams in mind. We believe that each individual should be able to fully participate in their local communities. The Support Program provides needed supports and services for adult individuals, 21 and older, living with their families or in other settings.
Circle of Strength assists individuals as they learn and perform the various tasks that are included in basic self-care, social skills, activities of daily living and behavior supports, geared towards the individual and family, plan of care. Self-care and daily habilitation-related tasks performed and/or supervised by experienced staff in an individual’s own or family home or in certified community-based settings, in accordance with approved Plans of Care. Community Inclusion services, provide opportunities for individuals with disabilities to help enrich their skills, desires and knowledge through recreation, education, and community-based programs.
We would like to cater to their long and short- term goals while encouraging them and developing their self-esteem, social skills, and confidence.

Circle of Strength provides respite services to participants unable to care for themselves. These service are furnished on a short-term basis because of the absence or need for relief of those persons who normally provide care for the participant. In addition to assist individuals with their transition to group homes or living independently and secure permanent residence to help them feel safe and secure with assistance from our staff.
Circle of Strength provides transportation to our participants to assist them with their doctor's appointment, work, school etc. Assisting individuals and families the opportunity to work with an individual that they are comfortable and consistent with.
Circle of Strength Supports the individual with Behavioral Supports and a complete assessment of the current behavior(s), development with a structured behavioral modification plan, implementation of the plan, ongoing training and supervision of caregivers and behavioral aids, and periodic reassessment of the plan. We can provide Individual and/or Group counseling, behavioral interventions, diagnostic evaluation or consultations related to the individual’s developmental disability and necessary for the individual to acquire or maintain appropriate interactions with others.
